I have been a fitness coach for over 4 years and a Bollywood dance instructor for 10 plus years now. I hold certifications in Pilates Mat and Foam Roller techniques and am also a certified Zumba instructor and Kathak dancer. I have been a dance enthusiast my entire life and developed passion for fitness after my second child was born 6 years ago! Both dance and fitness define my personality. They have taught me discipline, emotions, strength, togetherness, vulnerability all at the same time. I take online/in-person classes for groups/individuals on my own. My mantra is simple – “progress is more important than perfection” and I want my students to see the progress in their strength, flexibility, control and overall fitness with my classes.
What makes me unique/different as a coach are following: 1. My versatility in terms of knowledge of various areas of fitness and training. I specialize in cardio workout as well as workout focusing on core strength, flexibility and control. I am also well versed with strength training and related forms of workout. This helps me deliver a comprehensive training program for my students. 2. I combine my knowledge of fitness with my passion and skill at dance. This makes me deliver fitness with fun which is appreciated by my students. 3. Last, I have been able to inspire many mothers to reclaim a fit and toned body. This segment can benefit from my personal experience.
